This High Speed Vertical Injection Molding Machine is engineered for efficient and stable production of ultra-thin molded products. Powered by an energy storage device, it achieves a maximum injection speed of up to 600 mm/sec, maintaining excellent consistency even within extremely short cycle times. It is the optimal choice for ultra-thin products with a wall thickness of over 0.1 mm, combining high precision with high efficiency. The machine is equipped with imported hydraulic components and electronic controls, delivering fast response, high accuracy, long-term stability, and durability. An optional Bosch Rexroth servo valve enables fully closed-loop injection control, further enhancing injection precision, making it the top choice for high-precision molding. With a clamping force range of 35 to 250 tons, it can adapt to a variety of small to medium-sized injection molding requirements.
