This Turret Dual Color Vertical Injection Molding Machine features a central servo turret with high positioning accuracy, making it ideal for products with rotating mold cores such as handles and screwdrivers. Equipped with two or more independent hydraulic systems, it performs simultaneous injection molding and product demolding, improving efficiency by 30%-70%. The optional split-type clamping structure allows operation either as a dual-color machine or as two independent monochrome machines, adapting to varied production needs. A synchronous cooling water connection device at the turret center cools the mold core directly, shortening the molding cycle. When integrated with robotic arms, it enables unmanned fully automated production, reducing labor costs. For three-color or multi-color products, the base 4-station turret can be upgraded to 6 or 8 stations, continuously boosting productivity. This machine is widely used for one-step injection molding of multi-color or multi-material products with embedded parts, offering high precision, high efficiency, and exceptional production flexibility.
