According to the confirmed details, we will start sample production to ensure high consistency with your expectations.

For customized products requiring exclusive molds, mold cost shall be borne by the customer in advance.

If the subsequent order quantity meets the agreed standard, we will refund the corresponding mold cost as per the agreement to minimize your cost.

After samples are finally approved, both parties sign a formal cooperation contract to clarify specifications, quantity, delivery standards, cost details and other core terms to protect rights and interests.

After signing the contract, the customer pays the deposit as agreed. Production preparation will start once the deposit is received.

Production period will officially start after the customized mold is completed and accepted, ensuring efficient production connection.

We strictly follow contract standards to promote production, control quality and progress throughout the process.

The total delivery period will not exceed 45 days (specific time depends on product model and contract).

Multiple rounds of quality inspection will be completed before delivery to ensure every product meets expected standards.
